Gain Clarity About Where You Want Your Legal Career to Take You …

Think of this opportunity as rocket fuel for your legal career!

It’s exactly what you need to decide what’s next for you...whether that’s advancing or moving to a better opportunity elsewhere.

Whatever comes next, you need to be prepared.

  • Stop stressing every time you get a LinkedIn alert about another law school classmate taking a new job.
  • Stop obsessing over the roller coaster of Above the Law bonus alerts, lay-off predictions, more bonus alerts, followed by recession headlines . . . and overthinking every email from management.
  • Stop thinking, “I really should do something about my résumé/LinkedIn/cover letter/reaching out to my references/developing my network/figuring out what I really want” and get started!
  • Stop wasting time with endless Googling and applications for jobs you don’t want, and start making progress toward the career and life you want.
  • End the roundtable knowing that if you decide to jump now, it will be part of an intentional approach and you won’t be in the same spot 18 months from now. And, if this economy hands you a setback, you’ll be on your way to your rebound while the competition sits on the couch, overwhelmed.

Join the Legal Career Clarity Roundtable

September 8th and 13th from
11:00 CST - 12:30 CST

 YES, I'M IN!

Go from sliding along, tolerating a job or role that you know isn’t going to get you where you want to be long term to being clear about the role you want, and what you need to do to get there. Move beyond stress and overwhelm to being prepared if and when the perfect new opportunity comes along...whether the timing is your choice or your employer’s.

We can’t promise that completing the Legal Career Clarity Roundtable will make you love the law (again?).

But we can promise that the Legal Career Clarity Roundtable will help you identify the job that will help you enjoy work again.

Stop waiting for the “right” moment, the case to settle, the partner to finally recognize your potential and lobby for you, the colleague to finally give you origination credit, the client to finally recognize you and bring you in-house . . . .or the other shoe to drop!

Yes, it would’ve been great if you had gone into 2022 with your career house in order and were ready for whatever the economy brings our way.
Coulda, shoulda, woulda.

But if the best time was 6 months ago, the next best time is right now.  (September 8 and 13 to be exact.)

It doesn’t matter if you don’t even remember the last time you loved your job.  Or if you love your job but are unclear of your next steps...

It doesn’t matter if you have no idea what you want to do and just know it’s not this.

It doesn't matter if you haven’t looked at your résumé in 6 weeks or 6 years.

It’s ok if you don’t have a LinkedIn profile, or if yours resembles a rap sheet more than a marketing piece for your career.

We all start somewhere.

That's exactly what we’re going to work on during the Legal Career Clarity Roundtable September 8 and 13.

When you sign up, you'll get 2 “modules” that you can attend live. Each replicates an element of the Future in Focus 2022 Mastermind -- the coaching and exercises that help our members gain clarity about the direction they want their careers to go, the content that helps them develop their career clarity so they can get there, and the coaching and support to help show the way. You’ll also benefit from being in a small cohort of similarly smart and motivated attorneys.

AND enter to win LinkedIn profile reviews, our favorite career books and resources, and so much more. So sign up. You’re worth it!

Who's the Roundtable for?

  • Attorneys who are considering making a move, but don’t want to jump into a situation that isn’t the right fit.
  • Attorneys who are happy where they are, but know what got them here won’t get them to the next level if they don’t take control of their career.
  • Attorneys who have been laid off, downsized, furloughed, or fired – or fear they might be.
  • Attorneys who like their current role but want to be ready if they spot a better opportunity.
  • Attorneys who know there has to be a way to have a career that is meaningful and satisfying.
  • Attorneys who’ve realized all those gold stars you earned to get here don’t mean anything if you dread looking at your phone.
